    Find a practitioner that fits your needs, and request a consultation to ensure they're compatible.
  • Can I use my health insurance?
    Like many therapists, we are an out-of-network provider and have a sliding scale fee option.
  • Are therapy sessions kept confidential?
    Unless required by law, your therapy remains confidential unless you authorize it to be released.
  • What should I expect during an initial session?
    We discuss your concerns, provide initial impressions, and develop a feasible treatment plan moving forward.
  • Is in-office consultation required?
    No, in fact, we are happy to offer telehealth appointments to the clients we serve.
